BA sends over 11,000 SMS apologies: British Airways sent out over 11,000 SMSs in the week following the opening of its new Terminal 5.
The airline used SMS to contact around 25% of its 40,000 passengers who had signed up to receive text alerts in the week commencing 27 March.
